Take out only. We tried goat curry and stewed oxtail over rice and beans. Very good flavors and filling for a very reasonable price. But wish the curry was spicier. Cooked very well with the meat soft. Will be back when we are carving Carribbean food.
For the portion sizes and the price, you can't go wrong here, which is why I give 4 stars. The flavor, however, is lacking quite a bit. Im Guyanese and I need my food to have seasoning, especially curries and stews. I had king fish w rice n peas. The food was ok, but would have been spectacular with some seasoning in it. I tasted no allspice, no scotch bonnet, no ginger. I left with a full tummy still and ate every bite. Service is fast and convenient and there's also a small Caribbean grocery store inside.
Delicious, authentic Jamaican food. The portion sizes are big and the prices are reasonable especially for being on the Cape. It is only open for takeout currently, but definitely a must try. I got the oxtail and curry goat with rice & beans. The oxtail was perfectly seasoned and cooked nice and tender. The curry goat also had great flavor. Make sure to get some of the oxtail gravy on your rice and beans it definitely enhances the flavor. We also got the fried chicken and it was okay nothing special and could've used more seasoning as well as been juicy. Overall looking forward to coming back and trying out more menu items.
